Brew-Ha-Ha

Saturday, May 25, 2013, Casino Del Sol, AVA Amphitheater, 5655 W. Valencia, 5 - 10 pm

All proceeds benefit EMVIA and the Down Town Lions.

Join us at the beautiful AVA amphitheater for a fun evening of sampling craft beers. Comedians from around the Southwest will perform, starting at 8pm. Gates open at 5 pm for VIP and at 5.15 pm David Fitzsimmons will start the evening with a sketch talk! He will later become one of the comedy judges.

 

The doors open at 6 pm for general ticket holders.

 

$60 for VIP

$30 for general

$30 for DD in the VIP, no-one under 21

$15 for the general area and anyone under 21

Market on the Move

Market on the Move is a program of The 3000 Club that rescues millions of pounds of fresh fruit and vegetables and partners with churches and other non-profit organizations to host weekly events where semi-truck loads of produce are brought to Tucson and Phoenix most weekends. For a $10 donation you can receive up to 60lbs of produce. Click here for the current events and locations.

 

SAAVI Tactile Art classes

Currently no known expiration date! Classes run one month at a time. Sign up as late as the first week of the month. Please call Diana at the SAAVI Annex for more information and to sign-up for classes.  Room is limited. Phone 829-7376 x 20.

Bowling at the Tucson Bowl

Every first and third Friday, 5.30 - 7.30 pm

There is a special price of two dollars per game and it includes shoes. They have a rail you can use, or not. If you’re sighted you’ll be roped into calling pins for those who can’t see them.
